• Bill Ojile, former Senior Vice-President and General Counsel, to Valor Communications, and with nearly two-decades experience in telecom law spoke on September 23, 2008 about the practice of telecom law and the relationship between federal and state telecommunication regulation.
• Larry Rissler, former Vice-President of DirectTV, spoke on September 18, 2007 and September 11, 2008 on measures that the company has taken to protect its signals from theft, including international investigations, and the slotting of satellites by the International Telecommunications Union.
• Fred Campbell, Chief, Wireless Division, Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"), spoke on November 11, 2007 on orbital slot allocation and frequency allocation by the International Telecommunications Union and the FCC.
